4. Internet Security and Protecting your Patient Connect Account

* You are responsible for protecting your Patient Connect login and password and will notify Northwell Health Labs Mobile Services immediately in the event this information may have been compromised.

* You will not share your Login ID/password or save your Login ID/password on any computer or browser

* You will not access Patient Connect via public networks

* You will log out after each session and

* You are utilizing up to date web-browsers and the best commercially available encryption, antivirus, anti-spyware, and internet security software.

* You acknowledge that there are certain security, corruption, transmission error, and access availability risks associated with using open networks such as the Internet, and You hereby expressly assume such risks and Northwell Health Labs Mobile Services is not responsible for unauthorized access due to the risks listed above
